Our Flying Cloud was built in Santa Fe Springs, California around 1962. Airstream manufactured the Flying Cloud model from 1950-1963, so this one was the end of the line.
We're passing the 63 Flying Cloud adventure to Lynn and Michael on Saturday May 19. They're also going to take over the blog! Give them a warm welcome!
Thanks, Brian and Leigh! I've been entertained by your blog and inspired by your adventurous spirit. Beautiful photos, concise commentary, and a great sense of humor (often, but not always, including the comments!).
You'll be missed, but it's great to see that your lovely flying cloud will continue her journey.
Welcome, Lynn & Michael!

So great to have the adventures continue. I think the kickoff of the Flying Cloud transfer should begin with the Coors Lite commercial Lynn and Michael are obviously shooting as evidenced by this photo.
